Export Wizard
The Export Wizard, located in the Select Features tab, is used to save selected features or measurements from your map to a separate file.

Using the Export Wizard
After you have the selected features you wish to export, click the Export button in the Select Features tab and you will be presented with the Export Wizard.
Step 1 - Choose a layer to export from
From the drop down menu, select the layer that you wish to export the selected items from. You can only export selected items from a single layer at a time, even if you have features selected across multiple layers.
Step 2 - Save the Results
Finally, save your results, either to a file path of our choosing, or a temporary file. Once the wizard is finished, the editor will create a new shapefile and then ask if you wish to add it to the current project.
