Name	Summary
Default	The default mode is ReadAddDelete.
ReadOnly	This mode represents the tileCache just can read tiles from it.
ReadAdd	This mode represents the tileCache can read tiles from it and add tiles to it, but can not delete tiles.
ReadAddDelete	This mode represents the tileCache is no limited that can read, add, delete tiles.
