From this screen, you have multiple options for printing. First, we will set the extent of our map. To do this right click in the print preview window and select “Set Extent”. This allows you to set the part of your map you are wanting to print. Another addition you can add is another map. If you select the map feature in the elements group you can add a second map on top of the original. The process is the same as setting the extent for your main map. This can be useful when you have a different zoom level you want to display or an area outside of the main printout.
